Our Associates are based in different parts of the world and work with educators internationally. Your Associate is Nick Kendell. Nick is based in Australia and works with educators from around the world.
Educators interested in attending our Bangkok Job Fair can register with Nick’s office, as can other eligible educators currently living outside the USA, Canada and the UK.
Nick has extensive international school experience across Australian, American, IB and British curricula.

When you join Search Associates you access

Our approach to schools
Schools wishing to recruit through Search Associates undergo a screening process before being accepted. Our focus is not simply on having the largest possible database, but on working with international schools that meet our standards.
We have turned down many schools that other recruiting agencies have accepted. It is not our goal to have the largest school database but to have a database that is filled with schools who will take care of our candidates, both personally and professionally. President Jessica Magagna

Support from your associate
Nick and the team are available to provide advice and assistance when you need it. This can include:
- Questions about your international job search. We can provide information and advice based on our experience. While we do not contact schools to secure positions on your behalf, if a school asks us about suitable educators, we may be able to bring your profile to their attention.
- Information about international schools. If you are considering an opportunity or have received an offer and would like more information about a school, please ask us. Our Associates collectively have extensive knowledge of international schools and their leadership teams around the world. Where Nick does not have first-hand information, our wider Associate team may be able to assist.
- Preparing for interviews. If a school contacts you for an interview, Nick, and our team, can offer advice to help you prepare.
- CV and cover letter guidance. We can provide advice on presenting your experience effectively when applying to international schools.
- Considering an offer. If you receive an offer and have questions about the school or position, we can help you identify the information you may want to consider before making your decision.
